The advanced technology means no changes to caller line identification (CLI) and direct dial-in (DDI) are required.

As with all of Talk Internet’s hosted telephony services, the Hot Desk application uses an integrated portal web-based toolbar, enabling users to manage and maintain their settings. It’s simply a case of calling the Voice Portal to confirm where they are sitting, and then they can send and receive calls on your VoIP system as if they were at their own desk.
