How does your billing work?
When you make the sale we invoice you and you invoice your customer. Although our price list contains an RRP for all our products and services, we do not advertise this, so what you charge is up to you.
Do you offer any packages?
We believe in flexibility and allowing customers to choose what they need to meet their needs. We do not offer any packages as these tend to bundle in services and products that customers do not need.
How do I place an order for your services?
We aim to make it as easy as possible for you to deal with us. Our order processing team will accept orders by either e-mail or fax. Once you have placed the order you can view its progress via the partner section of our Web site. You can also view your previous orders here as well.
What technical support do you offer?
We usually deal direct with the partner, who will then affect the resolution with their customer. We can also provide support direct to your customers if you require.
What are your network capabilities?
We operate three networks across the UK in Warrington, Manchester and London. As we are registered as an LIR with RIPE this allows us to select multiple Tier 1 carriers to connect to the outside world from multiple locations. This gives users flexibility and reliability on our network. Our core network is run on Cisco equipment utilising a wide range of routing and security technologies.
What are your credentials?
We take our responsibilities as an ISP seriously. To that end we are members of the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), the Internet Services Providers Association (ISPA) and registered as an LIR with RIPE.
