ADSL Broadband

ADSL Business broadband enables you to upload and download information up to 16 times faster than via a 56k modem. So no more time wasted waiting to connect, broadband provides a permanent link in real time 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.

Broadband also enables you to browse the internet and be on the phone at the same time, without the need for a second line. This is because Broadband uses a standard BT line but splits the data into two separate channels, so your phone will never be engaged whilst you’re on the internet.

  • Permanent Internet connection with no ongoing call charges.
  • Static IP address available on all circuits.
  • NoNAT option can be provided at no extra cost to utilise services such as VPN.
  • Optional pre-configured firewalls can be provided to give extra protection.
  • Traffic is shaped to provide priority to business traffic to improve performance.

The latest adition to Talk Internet's ADSL services, ADSL Max. The ADSL Max products will allow you to provide your end user customers with the fastest ADSL broadband service that their telephone line can reliably support, providing downstream line-rate speeds of between 288kbit/s and 8Mbit/s.

The DSL Max range of products uses powerful error correction and automatic line management technology to ensure a more stable service performance. This means that the line-rate may fluctuate within a predefined range – this is a normal feature of the service.

To receive Talk Internet's ADSL service you will need to have a standard BT telephone line, and also be in an ADSL enabled area. You can check if your telephone exchange supports TalkADSL broadband from this easy to use checker provided directly by BT: ADSL Availability Checker
