Talk Internet’s L2TP handoff service allows partners to share Talk Internet’s broadband infrastructure to provide broadband services to customers and provide internet access via their own network. Partners can connect directly to our network either via Ethernet links within our POP sites or over third-party layer 2 providers.  Service is provided in two parts:
Tails are purchased on a per customer based as per standard broadband. Bandwidth is then purchased and shared amongst the respective 21CN and 20CN end user tails. Bandwidth is charged on a 95th percentile average. Benefits
